My grumpy landlord hates Christmas. Too bad he’s stuck with me!

When I rent the little cabin in Snowflake Falls, I’m ecstatic about finally having my own space. Peace at last. Instead, I get Felix Frost; my new landlord, the hottest, moodiest man in Snowflake Falls , and apparently allergic to holiday cheer.

There's one big problem; I love Christmas so much I made it into my job. He glares every time I hum carols, grumbles when I hang fairy lights, and mutters about “fire hazards” while fixing things I definitely didn’t break on purpose. We couldn't be more different.

But under all that gruffness is a heat that makes my breath catch and a softness he’s trying hard to hide. When a power outage knocks out the heat one icy night, I find out exactly how hot my grumpy landlord can be.

He might hate Christmas, but he’s starting to look a lot like my happy ever after...
